General Terms and Conditions Ebidnow.infois intended to be a friendly, enjoyable and useful experience, but as with anything concerning any kind of transactions there are risks involved and we strongly advise you to understand all of these terms before joining. If you notice a listing or a member that you feel is violating the general terms and conditions of this website as stated below please let us know by contacting us.
Rights To Suspend or Terminate: You agree that Ebidnow.com, in its own discretion, may terminate any Auction Listing or classified advertisement and/or use of the Ebidnow.info website immediately and without notice if: (a) We believe that you are not abiding by the general rules of Ebidnow.info(b) You have repeatedly broken a certain term (c) You have listed a suspicious item (d) We believe you to be a non paying Bidder or a Seller who does not complete a transaction. If you are found to be either a non-paying bidder or non-shipping seller, your account will be suspended pending an investigation. In most cases, when we receive a complaint we will ask the concerned parties to resolve the issue between themselves before we become officially involved. If we open an investigation you will be notified before we suspend your account/listing as we investigate further. If our investigation is conclusive as to any breach of our terms of use, then your account with us will be permanently terminated.
Your Conduct: You are solely responsible for the contents of your actions on Ebidnow.com. You must take all reasonable steps to guarantee that your participation in the selling or buying process does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. By this we mean that you must check that you entitled to sell or buy the relevant item and that you are not prohibited from doing so by any law or regulation. You must not transmit through the service any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material. You must also not transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Your Ebidnow.infoMembership: Membership to Ebidnow.infois extended as a courtesy and not as a right. Each account is available only to those of you who can form a legally binding contract. Ebidnow.infodoes not permit minors (under 18) to knowingly register. If any member fails to register with their correct age or any account information is deemed false, the account will be terminated immediately and you will be permanently banned from entering Ebidnow.infoin the future.
Additional Terms of Use: Ebidnow.infoacts as a portal for buyers and sellers to conduct transactional sales. We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers and as a result, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items listed the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers to sell items or the ability of buyers to buy items.
We cannot and do not control whether or not sellers will complete the sale of items they offer or buyers will complete the purchases of items they have bid on.
Ebidnow.infowill take any and all steps we feel are necessary to protect our membership. This may include direct contact with you, notification of your local law enforcement agency, your ISP and/or the F.B.I. if warranted.
Ebidnow.infoshall not be responsible for any items sold on Ebidnow.com, or for any damage to items during transit or during the inspection period, nor for misrepresentations and/or breaches of contract by either Buyer/Seller.
Ebidnow.infoshall not be responsible for the cost of procurement of substitute goods or any losses resulting form any goods purchased or obtained.
Ebidnow.infoassumes no liability for the content of the listings. However if you fall victim of a fraudulent transaction we will assist you as much as legally possible.
In addition, please note that there are risks of dealing with buying and selling overseas, underage persons or people acting under false pretense. We currently accept buyers and sellers from the following countries.

Access To Ebidnow.com: Ebidnow.infogrants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive license to access Ebidnow.infofor your own personal/legitimate business use. This license does not include: (a) access to Ebidnow.infoby Posting Agents; or
(b) any collection, aggregation, copying, duplication, display or derivative use of it’s Services nor any use of data mining, robots, spiders, or similar data gathering and extraction tools for any purpose unless expressly permitted by Ebidnow.com.
A limited exception to (b) is provided to general purpose internet search engines and non-commercial public archives that use such tools to gather information for the sole purpose of displaying hyperlinks to the Service, provided they each do so from a stable IP address or range of IP addresses using an easily identifiable agent and comply with our robots.txt file.
Ebidnow.infopermits you to display on your personal website, or create a hyperlink on your website to, individual listings on Ebidnow.infoso long as such use is for noncommercial and/or news reporting purposes only (e.g., for use in personal blog or personal online media)
If the total number of such postings displayed or linked to on your website exceeds one hundred (100), your use will be presumed to be in violation of the TOU, absent express written permission granted by Ebidnow.infoto do so
You may also create a hyperlink to the home page of Ebidnow.infosite so long as the link does not portray Ebidnow.com, its staff, or its affiliates in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive manner. Ebidnow.infotakes this extremely seriously and actively monitors all incoming links for compliance.
Ebidnow.infooffers various parts of the Service in RSS format so that users can embed individual feeds into a personal website or blog, or view listings through third party software news aggregators.
Ebidnow.infopermits you to display, excerpt from, and link to the RSS feeds on your personal website or personal web blog, provided that:
(1) your use of the RSS feed is for personal, non-commercial purposes only
(2) each title is correctly linked back to the original post on the Service and redirects the user to the post when the user clicks on it
(3) you provide adjacent to the RSS feed proper attribution to Ebidnow.infoas the source.
(4) your use or display does not suggest that Ebidnow.infopromotes or endorses any third party causes, ideas, web sites, products or services.
(5) you do not redistribute the RSS feed, and

Although Ebidnow.infodoes not claim ownership of content that its members post, by posting Content to any public area of Ebidnow.com, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to Ebidnow.infoan irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute said Content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, said Content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses (through multiple tiers) of the foregoing.
